Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Global Lead Mart sells digital database products. Because digital files and access cannot be physically returned once delivered or accessed, returns work differently from physical goods.
1. Before Purchase
Please review the product title, geography, description, record count, available sample, format and other specifications before payment. Contact our support team if you need clarification before ordering.
2. Digital Products Already Delivered
Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, downloaded or access has been provided, a change of mind generally does not qualify for a return or refund. This does not affect any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
3. When We Will Review a Resolution
Please contact us if you received the wrong product, the delivered file is corrupted or inaccessible, you were charged more than once for the same order, or the delivered product materially differs from the product purchased. We will first try to correct the issue by restoring access, replacing the affected file or providing the correct product.
4. Data Quality Concerns
Business contact information can change over time, so individual outdated or unavailable fields do not automatically make an entire database refundable. Where a product materially fails to match its stated description, contact us with the order number and clear examples so the issue can be reviewed fairly.
5. Requesting Support
Send your order number, purchase email, product name and a brief explanation to info@globalleadmart.com or WhatsApp Only +91 8384060093. Requests should be raised promptly after delivery so we can investigate effectively.
6. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be sent back through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control and may vary.
7. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
If the same order is accidentally charged more than once, contact us with the relevant transaction details. Verified duplicate charges will be reviewed for correction. Suspected unauthorized transactions should also be reported promptly to your payment provider.
